INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
(Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003, hereinafter “Privacy Code”, and EU Regulation No. 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”)
In relation to the data provided by you or otherwise acquired, pursuant to Art. 13 of the Privacy Code and Art. 13 of the GDPR, VERDEVIP S.R.L., as the Data Controller, informs you that:
The processing to which your personal data in our possession will be subjected both prior to our contractual relationship and during and after termination thereof is for:
- Purposes strictly related and instrumental to the provision of the services you requested;
- Purposes linked to the obligations laid down in laws, regulations and EU legislation, as well as with provisions issued by the authorities and by supervisory and control bodies;
- Operational, accounting, management, statistical purposes;
- The purpose of monitoring the progress of our customer relationships and/or the associated risks.
- Financial, credit, credit control and protection purposes.
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, personal data is processed by manual, computerised or telematic means, with strategies strictly related to said purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data and respect for professional secrecy.
In order to carry out part of its activities, the company may have to disclose your data to external companies and/or professionals, in particular:
- To perform activities necessary for the execution of part of the activities included in the assigned tasks (e.g. other professionals, correspondents or collaborators, etc.);
- To exploit financial, banking, factoring, etc. services;
- To process data;
- To dispatch of correspondence and parcels;
- To fulfil statutory accounting and tax obligations;
- To monitor and recovery debts;
While reminding you that without providing your data, the company would be unable to perform the services you requested, we inform you that Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 15 of the GDPR grants citizens specific rights.
In particular, the Data Subject may request the Data Controller for confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him/her exists and that such data be made available to him/her in an intelligible form.
The Data Subject may also request to know the origin of the data as well as the strategies and purposes on which the processing is based; to have any data processed in breach of the law deleted, transformed into anonymous form or blocked as well as to have the data updated certified or, if there is interest, integrated; to oppose the data processing for legitimate reasons.
